Please be sure of your diagnostics. Dinosaur Electronics boards cannot be returned for full credit once the label has been broken, and the board has been inserted into your appliance. If the buyer is expecting to 'borrow' a board for testing of their RV appliance, we are not the seller for you. We will ship a buyer's returned 'used, opened' boards to Dinosaur for operational confirmation and repackaging. The cost of that service may be a minimum 10% of the purchase price.
Full credit will be offered to the buyer when the package shipped to the buyer, is returned in the package ORIGINAL wrap & condition.

WARRANTY:
All Dinosaur Electronics RV appliance boards carry a 3-year limited warranty. This warranty applies only to appliance boards manufactured by Dinosaur Electronics, and does not include the appliance in which they have been installed. Boards will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer's option. Warranty does not cover labor associated with board replacement. After a warranty repair, the board is warranted for the remainder of the original 3-year period, or 1 year, whichever is greater. Warranty boards will be returned to the customer by the US Postal Service or UPS at the manufacturer's expense. Boards sent for warranty repair that are not faulty will be returned with a charge for testing  and shipping. Warranty period begins on date of installation. Warranty registration card must be returned within 30 days of installation, and signed by installer, or the warranty is void.
The following conditions will void the warranty:
1. Board is physically damaged.
2. A repair has been attempted outside the factory.
