This is a highly detailed American made air cleaner top and bottom, for the Ford Restoration Market.
I first started purchasing this air cleaner top and bottom over 20 years ago, and their quality has never changed.
Let the pictures tell the story for you. These are beautiful castings that have been sand blasted to match the O.E. style, and keep the original Ford aluminum finish that won't change colors or rust like other "aftermarket mustang and cobra suppliers".
This air cleaner top and bottom are checked for straightness, machined flat and highlighted; so no air will bypass the air cleaner element.
This air cleaner setup holds the look of an original Ford piece, not like other Mustang & Cobra suppliers who sell a "Natural Finish" that hasn't been sandblasted. When castings are not media-blasted they allow embedded sand from the casting to get into your engine! The reason Ford sandblasted there castings was to remove embedded core sand and find impurities in the casting. So don't be fooled by other air cleaners that use phrases like "natural finish" to disguise the fact they've de-contented the product; leaving you to finish the job!
This air cleaner setup is a highly detailed authentic reproduction, and ready to run! What you see in the picture is the same quality you will receive. I don't & won't take pictures of items that are not representative of the piece you will receive.
I have used other aftermarket air cleaners, and without a doubt this is the nicest piece available for the application. If you're tired of other A/C tops and bottoms that are bowed, cast rough, and unfinished this is the piece for you. I can only apologize for the other manufacturers who sell items they wouldn't use on their own car. I know this because they use this product on their cars!
Other manufacturers sell the mounting bracket, high temperature PCV elbow and wing nut separately for an additional .00. We don't play that game here, we know you need the bracket and wing nuts so they are provided free of charge.

I have purchased an air cleaner top similar to yours, but it hasn't been sandblasted and is very rough. Can you make it look like your air cleaners?
Answer:
Yes I can, but due to the overwhelming amount of aftermarket air cleaner components that have been sent to us, we can no longer keep up with the demand; so at this time we are not accepting exchange or conditioning other manufacturers product.
Question:
My cobra kit car came with a small air cleaner assembly and I'm not sure if this piece will fit?
Answer:
In most all cases the answer is NO! The reason your kit car came with a small air cleaner assembly is hood and firewall clearance, you are most likely be forced to stay with the small air cleaner assembly you have or have something fabricated to your liking.

Do you stock this item, or is it going to be shipped to me from some third-party that I didn't purchase it from?
Answer:
Every item we sell or advertise is in stock, and will arrive on or before the date required; with one exception: saving time and money. Based on our customers location, we will ship direct from factory and refund the savings to the customer.

Do you offer rush shipments?
Answer:
We do not encourage rush orders, but if there is some kind of unseen issue that warrants an urgent shipment let us know we are here to help. We don't want our customers spending extra money on shipping when they could be spending their hard earned money on additional product for their project.
