    This listing is for a pair of navy blue capri length leggings made by Wolff Fording & Co.  The inside tag indicates Small Adult but they look more like a Large Child to us.  90% Cotton/ 10% Lycra. The unstretched inseam measures 15 inches. Laid flat,  the waist measures 9 inches and stretches to 12". gmrm/dnsbx8
