VINTAGE 1902 FAMILY RECORD BOOK OF MICHEAL & MARTHA SCHICKLING W/ SOME WRITINGS

Record book belonged to a German couple, Mr. & Mrs. Micheal Rizzo who resided at 8508 Ada St. , Chicago, Ill.  He was born on March 19th, 1891 & his wife, was born August 17th 1887. He was 26 older than her, (she was 33 & he was 30 yrs. old )and they were both book binders! It would be great if a family member gets it to read about their family. There's info about the husband's family, the wife's family, & their child, a daughter. There are many pages that have no writing on them, but what is written is quite interesting! A comment under the "Children" page of their daughter, Larayne Rizzo born July 29, 1922 gives the names of Mr. & Mrs. L. Middona, who baptized her, her education,(Grammer-High) and her Occupation, which I can't make out. Also, states who she married on Dec. 25th 1941 and she & her husband lived with her parents. Under Remarks it states, " Very Very Good Girl"  Mrs. Rizzo's had 5 sisters & one brother listed in the book, one sister  (Mary) was a dressmaker, married to a Mr. William May, another sister,(Ann) was a telephone operator and married to a Mr. James McGann. It goes on to list her other 3 sisters, what their religion was, education, who they married, & their home addresses. Her brother, William, was a lawyer and he married a Miss Helen Marx.  If you're like me, you find it very interesting to read about families from back then! Book has lots of pretty pictures and more info on the family that I couldn't add because the listing only allows 12 pics. Book states it was compiled and designed by Rev. S.B. Shaw. It  also has beautiful quotes through out the book from "The Word of God, Tupper, Jeremy Taylor, and others. Sales are final. Thank you~
