Thisaccessory utilizes your car's existing speakers and is installed in the spare wheel well. Spare tire will need to be REMVOED before installing this subwoofer.

A replacement part can be ordered if needed: 1K0-803-899-D.
Dealer will need to acquire the Programming dongle DKS051419A.
The dongle is required to flash the sound system with the vehicle-specific sound setups.
The soundbox DSP default setting is Golf, GTI, and Golf R MK7 hatchback models. No programming is necessary for these models.
