Tells how to weld pot metal with a propane torch.
There is more aluminum in the world than iron.
Even old antique cars have aluminum and potmetal on them.
Many of the antique car rebuilders use my rod to repair aluminum and potmetal that they pickup from junkyards around the country.
You can too.
You can repair lawnmowers, motorcycles, air conditioner condensers, heater cores, pulleys, stock tanks, irrigation pipe, carburetors, alternators starters, lawn chairs, tents, radiators, valve covers, pontoons, pot metal, diecast and the list goes on.
Aluminum melts at approximately 1200 degrees farenheit, and potmetal melts at a much lower temperature than that.
A propane torch puts out about 2600 degrees, or about twice or 3 times as much as needed to repair aluminum or weld potmetal.
We always had enough heat to melt aluminum inexpensively, but we did not have the proper rod to use with gas. Now, we have developed a rod that where even an amateur can perform like a professional on the very first try.
